幹部收恐嚇信 陳為廷已報案

〔自由時報記者王寓中、姜翔／綜合報導〕學生占領立法院進入十三天，昨首度傳出「有人傳簡訊要對學生領袖林飛帆、陳為廷不利，警方接獲情資後，還立即派人貼身保護兩人」，但警方對此加以否認。

中正一警分局長方仰寧表示，因為昨有學生跟警方口頭反映，陳為廷等二人接到恐嚇簡訊，考量昨天的活動人潮眾多，為免二人穿越人群時有安全疑慮，因此派人從拒馬活口分別帶二人進凱道舞台後方，並不是刑警貼身保護；至於接到恐嚇簡訊一事，方仰寧說，尚未接獲正式報案，所以目前也沒有法條可循要加派警力保護。

昨天凱道活動尚未開始前，活動現場傳出「有人要對學生領袖林飛帆、陳為廷不利…」因此，陳為廷、林飛帆昨下午一前一後離開立院，到濟南路、林森南路口時都改搭車前往凱道，但陳為廷在搭車時仍遭到一名戴著斗笠、穿黑衣的男子對陳乘坐的黑色轎車丟擲看板。

媒體詢問陳為廷被攻擊時反應，他停了一下說，「不知道。」媒體進一步詢問是否會害怕，陳說「只要人愈多，就不會害怕」，陳為廷表示個人並沒有收到恐嚇簡訊，但有多位幹部收到恐嚇簡訊，已向警方報案。
