熱帶蔬果計畫 助薩爾瓦多農改

（中央社台北2014年 3月31日電）中華民國駐薩爾瓦多共和國大使李新穎於28日（當地時間）接見台灣援薩「熱帶蔬果健康種苗繁殖中心計畫」界定評估團，雙方為協助薩國農業改革交換意見。

台灣援助「薩國熱帶蔬果健康種苗繁殖中心計畫」界定評估團，與李新穎就訪薩期間考察界定評估薩國大蕉、馬鈴薯、木瓜、咖啡等主要經濟作物生產、種苗組織培養及栽種、病蟲害疾病防治等情形交換意見。

界定評估團於19至29日在薩考察，在薩期間分別拜會薩農牧部次長佛羅雷斯（Hugo Flores）、中央農試所執行長，辦理多場利害關係人（產官學單位）、計畫工作討論等會議。

評估團並參訪多功能園藝中心、薩國咖啡發展協會、薩國農校、農試所、Centa官方組織培養實驗室、薩國植物檢疫防治中心、咖啡協會組織培養研究室、Gensa私人組織培養公司、其他私人木瓜園、馬鈴薯生產合作社、樹薯種植試驗區、樹薯推廣戶、植物種苗圃及合作社咖啡園。

評估團主要由農委會農試所鳳山試驗分所主任許秀惠、種苗改良繁殖場副研究員文紀鑾及國合會計畫經理林志馨等所組成。
