有人碰到過嗎??

3月9日於順益定了一台FORTIS 1.8豪華版.我要黑色的結果業務喬了10天.沒辦法調到黑色並說本月都不會有黑色的車了所以就跟他退定了
後來去匯豐問有沒有這款車業務說有.但是我跟他說了上述情形後.他卻說無法接單.原因是因為公司規定退定有3各月的"追溯期".以防止業務間彼此削價競爭.聽到整個無言. PS匯豐比順益報價多1萬
後來直接打080反應.順益的業務就說沒有關係不會去捉匯豐的.也說明這種情形不會抵觸公司規定....
結果匯豐的依然堅持原則.還說請我換個買受人.或是等到4月份再來談.
想請問買各車有這麼麻煩嗎˙
有什麼好方法能解決
買車跟在家裡附近的營業所買會比較好嗎?
請各位大大幫忙一下謝謝囉
