《產業》球證漲風再起，林口稱冠

【時報-台北電】股市轉趨熱絡，帶動高爾夫球場的球證漲風再起，儼然成為另類的景氣指標。北部的林口球場，3月便出現一張球證叫價850萬元的行情，穩居全台球證價格之冠；而中部各大球場球證近1年來價格也聯袂飆升，最高漲幅近4成。

業者分析，近年來股市轉好，再度帶動企業家或政商名流買球證的風氣，加上在新球場增加不易之下，讓一些管理風評不錯或知名的球場，其球證行情，也隨著打球人數與買賣件數增加，而水漲船高。

北部的林口、台灣、八里國際、美麗華、東華、東方、長庚、永漢及揚昇等多個球場，1年來的球證行情，都持續上漲。其中，林口3月球證行情飆至850萬元，年增19.72％，不僅創歷史新高，也居全台球證行情之冠。

而美麗華3月球證行情670萬～680萬元，年增13.56％；東方560萬～570萬元，年增20.43％；長庚490萬～500萬元，年增23.12％。

至於中部的全國、清泉崗、豐原、台中（興農）、台中國際、霧峰、彰化、台豐、南峰、松柏嶺，及棕梠湖等多個球場，1年來的高爾夫球證的買賣行情，也一路飆升。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者劉朱松／台中報導)
