　　　　封測廠(現職）　　　　　　　　　　台南群創MOD 職務　　帶線課長　　　　　　　　　　　　　帶線組長 薪資　　年薪約85萬　　　　　　　　　　　年薪約65萬 工時　　做二休二6:30~22:00　　　　　　　　　??? 加班　　沒加班費，責任制　　　　　　　　　　??? 交通　　租屋　　　　　　　　　　 　　租屋 會想發問主要是現職封測廠真的給人感覺帳料蠻混亂的，加上主管個性也蠻火爆 常常覺得事情做不完壓力又很大，小公司連教育訓練和生產排程都要自己來 沒有類似生產支援的單位，雖說是課長但是很多雜事都要自己來，連廠務都要懂一點 會想換工作主要是希望大公司分工比較細 或許比較能夠專注在自己份內的工作上 不過看到群創的評價似乎也很精彩 也怕從目前的火坑跑到另外一個屎坑，大家如果是我的話會如何選擇呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.181.195
