葛妮絲豪砸4.2億　洛城海濱豪宅入手

「小辣椒」葛妮絲派特洛（Gwyneth Paltrow）和老公英國「酷玩」樂團主唱克里斯馬丁最近斥資1400萬美元（約4.2億元台幣），在洛杉磯馬里布海濱買了一棟豪宅。他們的新家由美國名建築師約翰洛特納操刀設計，建於1972年，室內面積約102坪，格局是4房、3套衛浴，還有圖書館、辦公室、健身房和游泳池、網球場等設施。
 
他們原本帶一雙兒女定居倫敦，前陣子卻傳出他們的豪宅不斷擴建整修，鄰居凍未條怨聲四起。一家4口去年夏天移居洛杉磯，日前傳出他們打算賣掉價值700萬英鎊（約3.5億元台幣）的倫敦豪宅，街坊鄰居聞訊額手稱慶。（林慧娟／綜合報導）
