我3/20在桃園一間通訊行用續約的方式辦了NOTE3，當時手機行用線上系統查了我是免預繳的身分，但今天通訊行打電話來告知我說他們送我的續約案子上去的時候電信公司告知他們我是需要預繳的，要我補預繳費用，說現在要讓我的門號上線我就必須補預繳的費用，但我合約已經簽了當時就是免預繳，感覺這是通訊行自己的疏漏，我要怎麼保護我自己的權力呢？
