陸經改 IMF：應有全球責任

（中央社台北2014年3月23日電）國際貨幣基金（IMF）總裁拉加德（Christine Lagarde）今天說，中國全面深化改革需有明確的目標與決心，也應更具全球責任感，提升規則的制定。

拉加德近日赴北京訪問，她今天上午參加「中國發展高層論壇2014」年會，這屆論壇主題為「全面深化改革的中國」，她致詞時有上述表示。

她指出，中國要躋身全球經濟強國，實現數億人口的城鎮化、脫離貧困，這一主題恰逢其時，而實現改革願景，中國需要勇氣、在過程中有所取捨。

大陸喊出全面深化改革，拉加德則提出三點建議，第一，要有非常堅定的決心；第二，有明確的路線圖；第三，要更有全球責任感。

她認為，隨著中國在全球經濟地位的提昇，對於全球責任的分擔也會增加，中國必須更好地支持全球福利、金融、經濟的穩定，同時「提昇規則的制定」。
