泰國前總理盈拉早前到法國與兄長、流亡前總理塔信見面後，10日已乘坐私人客機返泰，打破她流亡海外的傳言，並準備面對瀆職濫權的指控。

盈拉於上月23日飛往歐洲，首站先到法國巴黎，為塔信慶祝生日。泰國「曼谷郵報」報導，盈拉的飛機10日抵達曼谷後，經由安全通道離開機場，避開了一眾在場等候的記者。11日有網上照片傳出，可見她現身曼谷一間超市。

之前有報導揣測，盈拉獲得軍方批准出國後，可能會流亡海外。但她表明會返國，如今以行動兌現。盈拉今次回國，將面臨瀆職指控。泰國肅貪委員會在5月已表決認定盈拉在政府採購大米案中疏忽職守。

另據中央社報導，泰國新總理提名預計在下周進行，以確保國家改革進度及明年財政預算可如期通過。國家立法議會7日正式成立，8日召開第一次會議，會中選出主席與副主席，首要任務將推選總理，成立過渡政府。

「民族報」（The Nation）今天報導也指出，國家立法議會預計21或22日推選總理，第一副主席蘇拉猜（ Surachai Liengboonlertchai）表示，支持陸軍總司令巴育（Prayuth Chan-ocha）出任總理，他是最適合這個職位的人選，不過最後仍由全體議會決定。

泰國近來民調也顯示，過半數民眾支持巴育擔任總理。

高雄氣爆，消防隊員英勇殉職。但花蓮縣瑞穗鄉公所，卻把這些必須待命出勤的消防隊員當成臨時工！
 
有民眾上傳YouTube，影片一開頭就說明7月25日消防隊接到勤務是去鄉公所沖泥巴！影片中至少兩名花蓮縣消防員，去幫瑞穗鄉公所「打掃」，原因是鄉公所門口泥沙太多，希望消防隊開水箱車去沖洗路面。消防員到場後，一名男子與另一名女子，要求消防車噴水沖地，但消防員說面積太大無法處理，頂多灑濕。女子不死心，希望用水柱「打掃」鄉公所前的廣場，消防員認為垃圾太多，建議先清掃。女子說：「先沖沖看啦！不行的話再打算。」
 
消防員無奈用水柱沖洗，卻被路過民眾質疑拿消防車澆水太浪費。鄉公所職員更是從頭到尾站在一旁觀看，而且一個接著一個提供意見。鄉公所前的路面及廣場因為泥沙太多，水柱沖洗後，反而更顯泥濘。
 
影片最後指出，環境打掃工作應該交由清潔隊或鄉公所的清潔人員處理，不該找專責救災救難的消防隊，要是突然有住宅發生火警，消防車因為幫鄉公所打掃，沒水打火怎麼辦？應該拿來救災救人的水，卻被鄉公所理所當然的拿去打掃，出了事，責任誰負？
 
網友認為，消防車的水是用來救災的，打掃環境就是濫用，屬於竊水行為，自來水公司應該對鄉公所開罰。也有網友質疑鄉公所只會出一張嘴，為什麼不幫消防員打火。
 
被點名的瑞穗鄉公所，到目前為止未對此事做出回應。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）

老董牛肉麵第2代老闆劉正雄遭投資人爆料，打著鴻海董事長郭台銘的名號，在外招搖撞騙，《壹週刊》取得老董與鴻海合作的密約，但鴻海不滿劉正雄在合作尚未明朗前，就頻頻對外放話與鴻海合作，因此迅速在簽約後26天即解約。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，劉正雄今年4月代表老董牛肉麵，與鴻海集團旗下的永齡生技董事長、同時也是曾馨瑩姊夫的吳良襄，簽訂合作契約。只不過，雙方簽約不到3個星期，即有媒體以〈一碗牛肉麵 郭董入股老董〉為題，披露這項合作計畫，並且訪問劉正雄，詳述他與郭台銘如何相識，及決定合作的經過。鴻海集團及永齡生技公司人員，認為雙方還在洽談的合作案，竟被劉正雄高調公開放送，認為劉已違反合約中的保密規定，因此解約。

鴻海集團表示，老董牛肉麵董事長劉正雄已證實，不論是鴻海集團或董事長郭台銘個人，都與老董牛肉麵沒有任何關係。永齡生技則說，經雙方同意，已和老董牛肉麵終止合作契約。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
