中國大陸國家國防科技公業局昨天宣布，衛星發現疑似馬來西亞航空370班機墜入大海的地點。美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，這個地點在370班機航道附近，似乎比較合理。

有線電視新聞網報導，發現地點位於東經105.63度，北緯6.7度，位於起飛地點吉隆坡東北方，以及越南南方海域，也就是370班機原訂航道以東的地方。

但報導也質疑，大陸衛星9日就拍照這些照片，為何等到昨天才公布。

無論如何，這不是有關當局第一次宣布發現疑似失事馬航班機油漬或殘骸的消息，但以位置來看，大陸衛星的發現似乎比較合理。

然而馬來西亞空軍司令達烏德昨天說，軍方雷達曾偵測到可能是馬來西亞航空公司失聯班機的飛機出現在麻六甲海峽北部，距這架8日即失蹤的客機由航管雷達消失的位置遠達數百哩。

但大陸衛星的發現是否為真，應該還需要船艦到達現場才能判定。

亞洲匯市─等待陸數據公布 投資人避險 日元瑞郎走揚

投資人憂心中國經濟，資金搶進避險，亞洲匯市周四(13日)日元瑞郎走揚。

中國出口數據大幅下滑，使投資人感到驚慌。目前投資人等待下午公布的工業產值及零售數據，若數據再次讓市場失望，投資人可能因此減少曝險部位。

巴克萊分析師預期，今日公布的數據，可能意外溫和走低，市場情緒仍負面。

美元兌瑞郎報 0.8740，早盤一度貶至 0.8731，為 2011 年 10 月以來低點。美元兌日元報 102.72 元，早盤貶至一周低點 102.55 元。

美元指數目前報 79.593 點，跌 0.02%。歐元兌美元報 1.3902 元，重新測試上周創下的 2 年半高點 1.3915 元。

紐西蘭央行調升現金利率從 2.5%至 2.75%。紐元兌美元走高，目前報 0.8527 元，接近去年 10 月 22 日高點 0.8544。

僑委會委員長陳士魁今日上午出席立法院外交及國防委員會業務報告，國民黨立委陳鎮湘和詹凱臣質詢時表示，現今政府推動募兵政策，但兵源不足，募兵兵源是否可以考慮召募僑生？

對此，陳士魁表示贊成這樣的看法，曾與國防部協商，但卡在僑生在台設籍問題，以及法規限制，不具中華民國國籍者不得服役。陳士魁認為，為增加募兵兵源來源，包括滇緬、泰北華裔等僑生，來台念書畢業後若願意服役就給予設籍。

陳鎮湘也贊成只要僑生願意服役就給予籍貫，可以解決募兵問題，他打算在委員會研議募兵制暫行條例時提出討論，納入條文中。

至於國民黨立委林郁方質詢時表示，緬甸天然資源豐沛外，緬甸也還有很多華僑，為吸引優秀人才來台，是否簡化簡化緬甸生來台手續 ?陳士魁指出，緬甸生來台就讀的最大問題就是辦理簽證流程過於複雜，健康檢查和簽證都要去泰國代表處辦理，可和外交部討論是否簡化程序，而外界過去擔憂的僑生落跑去打工現象，近年則無發生。未來可規劃僑生來台第一年學費分期繳納。

國際航空運輸協會（IATA ）下修對全球航空業2014年獲利的預測，主因是燃料價格上漲，加上委內瑞拉的金融政策、烏克蘭政治動亂、馬來西亞航空班機下落不明，使全球航空業前景的不確定性升高。

IATA秘書長兼執行長泰勒（Tony Tyler）說，今年全球航空業獲利可望達到187億美元，低於去年12月時預估的197億美元，因為燃料價格已比當初預期的高。但此一獲利水準仍優於航空業在2010年締造的173億美元紀錄。

泰勒12日表示，航空業面臨的其他挑戰還包括：委內瑞拉收緊外匯管制導致航空公司無法匯回37億美元的款項、烏克蘭政局不穩推升油價，以及馬航編號MH370客機在東南亞失蹤。
