都市發展局昨天下午在岡山區公所舉辦都計變更說明會時表示，大鵬九村都更案的細部計畫面積近27公頃，基地接近捷運南岡山站、岡山文化中心，考量周邊劉厝公園、典寶溪A、B滯洪池等大面積公園綠地已完成開闢，具「再發展」的潛力，是為了活化眷村土地連結捷運的機能。

岡山德明攤販協會總幹事李金本指出，欣欣市場早在民國48年就成立，民國99年縣市合併前，岡山鎮公所檢討都市計畫，還保留市場預定地，但縣市合併後，不但近4年來計畫沒進展，卻在這次變更要廢除市場預定地，叫兩、三百個攤商將來如何生活。

「一個攤位就代表一個家庭，市府有沒有考慮攤商的生計？」前岡山鎮長吳森發昨天也挺身為欣欣市場攤商發言，對市府提出質疑。他說，市府沒全面提高整個岡山地區的容積率，卻只提高這塊地的容積率，「難道是為了圖利軍方？」「或者是為了先提高這裡的綠地面積，再降低其他地方綠地比率，圖利其他人？」

都發局人員表示，這項都市計畫變更案到8月25日仍公開展覽計畫書、徵詢各方意見，只要收到意見書，會將反映的內容交由都市計畫審議委員會參考。

台南市一名女子假冒《蘋果》記者四處行騙，結果被人檢舉找來正牌的《蘋果》記者揭穿假面具。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，台南安平區弘爺漢堡趙姓業者表示，自稱《蘋果》記者的沈玄燁（二十七歲，侵占前科）日前來消費，事後電話投訴員工服務態度差、飲料有蟑螂，害她狂吐就醫，要店家負責。店家藉口拖延，打電話向《蘋果》查證後，決定揪出冒牌貨。

《蘋果日報》總編輯馬維敏表示，絕不允許員工假借記者名義違法，也不容許有人打著《蘋果》名號招搖撞騙，若發現類似行為，都請讓《蘋果》知道，一定會依法處理。 (葉國吏／綜合報導)
