| 立院財委會停開 房地合一稅無法報告

反服貿學潮持續影響立法院議事運作，財政委員會原訂今日聽取財政部報告房地合一稅制，因學潮影響宣布停開。
財政委員會今日邀請財政部與內政部就「推動不動產稅制朝房地合一課稅制之阻力及其解決之道」提出專案報告，不過因為反服貿學潮持續進行抗爭，財委會宣布暫停開會。
財政部指出，不動產房地合一稅制是未來的改革目標，不過，必須要有相關配套，包括實價登錄制度更為完備之後，才會逐步推動。

| 如新非法賣產品 陸罰54萬美元

彭博社報導，如新集團（NuSkin Enterprises Inc.）因非法銷售產品及未能證實聲稱的產品功效，遭中國大陸罰款54萬美元，這是政府調查這家直銷商疑似濫用的一部分。
個人護理與營養產品製造商如新今天在聲明中表示，如新正採取措施修正大陸監管機構調查時提出的問題。
如新全球業務營運總裁邱爾丹（Dan Chard）在聲明中表示：「我們仍致力與中國政府合作，確保我們業務的健全、長期成長。」
「人民日報」聲稱如新經營「非法的老鼠會」、洗腦受訓者及銷售比允許還多的產品後，大陸政府宣布進行調查，導致如新1月股價創下9年來最大跌幅。執行長賀楚門（M. Truman Hunt）曾表示，如新「絕對不是老鼠會」。
如新表示，在一些個人販售未登記作為直銷用的產品後，遭罰款52.4萬美元。如新表示，因沒有足夠文件證明的指控又遭罰1.6萬美元。
如新表示，有6名業務人員因從事未經授權的促銷活動也被罰24.1萬美元。如新指出，不清楚其他任何大陸調查案。
上海市工商行政管理局表示，已沒收如新非法販售、價值310萬元人民幣的產品。大陸工商行政管理總局今天在官網上宣布此沒收消息。
