完全沒料到，她會心血來潮這樣請求，自然隨口就答應了！心情有點開心、意外，有人願意當模特兒讓我畫；畢竟，平常都只能使用報章雜誌上的照片，以臨摹仿畫的方式來練習人物速寫。

偶爾，久久見一兩回的熟客女生，會請我幫她們畫人物速寫，但要實現這樣的巧遇，必須先避開用餐的尖峰時段，最好就像現在的情況，店裡空蕩蕩的，剰下沒幾位客人，我才能忙裡偷閒的展露一下身手吧！

用餐完畢，幫她換了個光線好些的位置，將紙筆放在面前邊畫邊聊起來。通常，我利用聊天紓解她們臉上緊繃的肌肉，才不會因為對方心裡緊張，不自覺讓臉部表情不太自然。她幽幽的說：「我來店裡好幾次了，告訴你為甚麼今天特別想畫素描的原因吧！」

原來，她有位客戶患有「紅斑性狼瘡」〈一種自體免疫功能失調的慢性疾病，好發於女性身上〉，但整體還算健康；沒想到，因為自己的疏忽，一不小心讓傷口發炎，遭到細菌感染，導致身體變壞，最近還雪上加霜得了癌症，講話虛弱的有氣無力得令人心疼！看見我畫的那些人物素描，她當下有一種領悟──決定此刻的今天，要把自己現存的美麗留住！

她的五官精緻，有一雙微彎的柳葉眉和靈活的雙眼，搭配清淡的化妝與簡約的穿著，充分顯現出她是一位聰慧的職業婦女。畫好的速寫我當時便送給她了，這裡放的配圖是我的習作。覺得現在的職業婦女，為了家庭和工作，經常是忙裡忙外的「蠟燭兩頭燒」啊！對自己「好」的方法，除了吃好睡飽之外，也應培養一些能紓解情緒壓力、使身心健全愉快的「才藝」，栽培自己學習想學的事物，抱持「re-new」的態度讓自己充電、更新，以正面積極的心態讓免疫力提升，自然就不容易生病了吧！@

陸京津冀去年空氣品質達標天數不足四成

大陸環保部有關負責人今(25)日發佈京津冀、長三角、珠三角區域及直轄市、省會城市和計劃單列市等74個城市2013年度空氣質量狀況。從區域來看，京津冀區域2013年空氣質量較差，空氣質量平均達標天數比例為37.5%；珠三角區域則相對較好，平均達標天數比例為76.3%；長三角區域平均達標天數比例為64.2%。

另外，根據新華網消息，大陸北京近日擴散條件較差，污染狀況較重，已於3月24日15時發布「空氣重污染黃色預警」，預計不利天氣將持續到28日。

北京市環保監測中心主任張大偉指出，近期高空增溫明顯，逆溫較為嚴重，地面持續偏南風，濕度增加，北京受地形阻滯，污染堆積，本地污染進一步疊加，達到重度污染水平。

大陸環保部環境監測司相關負責人表示，城市環境空氣污染嚴重的主要原因有四個方面，一是產業結構轉型升級步伐緩慢；二是污染物排放強度高、污染物排放量大；三是城市化加快帶來空氣污染壓力；四是不利的氣象條件是誘發重污染發生的外部環境條件。

大陸環保部表示，今(2104)年計劃做好以下四個方面工作，一是全力推進實施空氣質量新標準的監測工作；二是做好空氣質量預報和重污染天氣預警體系建設；三是開展大氣污染物來源解析研究工作；四是加強監測數據質量監督。
