| 靜止戶存款歸國庫？曾：須先有全民共識

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，民眾存於銀行的活期存款沒有請求權消滅時效問題，不會因為久未往來而消失，對於立委提案修正銀行法將這類「靜止戶」帳戶金額轉入國庫使用，曾銘宗說大方向贊成，但須先取得全民共識再實施。
立法院財委會今天審查銀行法部份條文修正草案，立委提案將超過十五年未往來靜止戶帳戶存款轉入國庫，金管會主委曾銘宗說，須有社會共識再來實施，建議維持現制。
曾銘宗說『因活存沒有請求權消滅時效問題，且人民財產權移轉的程序正義，且應符合憲法對人民財產保障應序保障規定，因涉較廣，大方向金管會贊成大方向，但前提必須社會有共識再推動。』

大家好,因為用手機發文,如果造成閱讀困難還請見諒。 最近我才發現薪資單的勞健保費用詭異的低,仔細算了一下才發現我的勞健保級距如果以全薪的方式計算是N。但實際公司幫我報的卻是N-1。 因為我有住員工宿舍,另外每月繳交員工福利金,我往回推算發現公司計算勞健保費用的方式是以薪資扣除住宿費及福利金後的金額作為我的實際薪資.....再以此作為勞健保級距計算 請問這樣有合法嗎？因為我在醫院上班,醫院都說我們是特殊產業,很多勞基法規定的不適用於醫院 之前上網查詢資料沒找到類似案例,更不敢問主管....只好來版上詢問了 謝謝大家。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.14.115.111 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1396500211.A.FD5.html

服貿議題近來炒得沸沸揚揚，支持者與反對者抗衡對立，引發不少暴力衝突事件，站在執法立場的警察長期駐守、支援，避免擦槍走火衝突，還必須忍受外界批評聲浪，台中市警察之友會第六辦事處，特別發起「反暴力、要和平、警察加油」活動，上午準備水果前往第六分局各派出所，為辛苦執勤、犧牲奉獻的警察同仁加油打氣。
台中市警察之友會第六辦事處主任黃堃芳表示，這段期間幾乎所有警察都曾北上支援，超時、超勤就是要維護社會安定，還有警察因此倒下，辛勤付出卻仍遭受部分人士惡意攻訐，才會發起為警察加油的活動，將到各派出所向警員慰問、打氣，也呼籲民眾能秉持理性和平態度，給依法執勤警察多點鼓勵與掌聲。(王煌忠／台中報導)
