總統馬英九昨赴高雄見氣爆自救會民眾，行前先與國安會秘書長金溥聰到調查局高雄市調查處參加「台灣地區安全情報南區協商會報」；因正值陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉洩密調查期間，引發關注。民進黨立委邱議瑩批評馬、金此時去高雄市調處「行為可議」，有施壓意味，非常不妥。
高雄市調處說，馬總統行程之前就敲定，這是每年定期的北中南會議的其中一場，與會成員為情資人員，包括高雄市調處調查官、憲兵隊、海巡署、移民署和警察局等幹部級人員，檢方並沒有派員參加。馬總統致詞完先行離去，但會議仍持續進行，全程不開放採訪。

獅子山共和國司法部長卡爾博（Frank Kargbo）23日表示，為防止伊波拉疫情繼續蔓延，獅子山議會已通過公共衛生修正法案，藏匿伊波拉患者將被視作犯罪，違者將面臨最高2年監禁。卡爾博說，考慮到54年前公共衛生法案通過時，伊波拉病毒尚不存在，依目前情況有必要修改當前法案。
世界衛生組織22日發表聲明，指西非地區伊波拉疫情嚴重程度被低估。世衛組織說，由於不理解防止、控制伊波拉的相關措施，畏懼確診後受到排斥，疫區的一些家庭將伊波拉患者藏匿起來並否認被感染，或不通知防疫人員自行埋葬死因不明者的遺體。
此外，因交通不便與村民抗拒檢測，導致某些村落可能無法查知疫情。
根據世衛組織發布的最新通報，截至20日止，獅子山、幾內亞、賴比瑞亞和奈及利亞累計的伊波拉病毒確診、疑似和可能感染的病例有2615件，已知1427人死亡。

| 老師「演書」 新生認識環境

屏東市復興國小昨天舉辦新生輔導，老師以「演書」方式，帶學生認識國小環境，今年一年級新生中有3對雙胞胎，被分到3個不同班級，吸引學生及家長目光。
昨天82位小一新生參與輔導；復興國小閱讀推動教師謝秀娟藉著生動的「演書」及播放影片，讓小一新生們認識校園環境，也從中學習國小生活，讓小朋友們知道運動會接力賽跌倒時，應該勇敢爬起來，繼續跑完全程，也學習鼓勵同學、互相幫助。
校長陳秋蓉說，昨天除了認識校園，也加強親師生溝通，建立信任關係。學生生活模式不同於幼兒園，必須早起，七點半到校，每個人都有專屬桌椅且獨自坐，再加上沒有點心，昨天舉辦新生輔導，就是希望學生開學後能盡快適應學校生活。

因為第一次使用三星產品.
目前遇到的問題是載入遊戲 (海島奇兵) 的中途當掉,電源鍵等都沒有功能.
請問有沒有人知道有甚麼方法可以強制機器重開.
不然就只能等到電池電力用光了,要等很久.
