| 桃園八德合宜住宅 遠雄得標

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣9日電）桃園縣政府八德合宜住宅興建案，由遠雄建設得標，興建至少950戶合宜住宅，出售住宅主建物每坪平均售價不超過14.9萬元。
桃園縣政府「八德地區合宜住宅招商投資興建（用地標售）案」今天完成投資計畫書審查及價格開標作業，由遠雄建設事業股份有限公司得標，規劃興建至少950戶合宜住宅，坪數為30至51坪之間，出售住宅主建物每坪平均售價不超過新台幣14.9萬元。
桃園縣府表示，另外，將保留興建戶數的10%，即至少95戶作為出租住宅，出租住宅的主建物部分每坪每月租金不得超過250元，以提供桃園縣轄區就業就學青年優先出租使用，並預計民國105年底完工。合宜住宅將優先售予一定所得以下的無自有住宅家庭，並提供部分住宅作為出租住宅。
桃園縣政府今天邀集建築、景觀、都計等各領域專家學者，組成評選委員會，針對團隊組織及相關業績、開發規劃及建築設計、施工計畫及品質管理、財務計畫與風險管理、銷售計畫及其他相關計畫等5大面向進行審查，評選優質工作團隊為桃園打造優質平價的合宜住宅。
桃園縣政府表示，此案前於103年1月28日公開招標，4月9日完成計畫合格投標人投資計畫書的規格標審查，隨即於下午3時辦理價格標的開標作業，開標結果由遠雄建設事業股份有限公司（12億9500萬元）得標。
此案開發地點位於桃園縣「變更八德（八德地區）細部計畫案」內的住宅區，此區已完成區段徵收，共3處基地，面積約2萬1286平方公尺。1030409
