突然想起以前看過的一部科幻電影 珊卓布拉克好像是女主角的樣子 那時候她好年輕~~ 故事是說世界很和平，所有的一切都被管制 體液交換是違法的，警察最重的裝備是電擊棒 後來有個冷凍罪犯逃出來弄得天下大亂 只好把一個冷凍起來的超級戰警也放出來 結局好像是超級戰警夥同下水道的流民推翻了現有政權 還跟珊卓布拉克接吻~她說原來體液交換這麼美好之類的XD 但是完全想不起片名.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.248.210.177 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/movie/M.1397086191.A.34D.html

吳宗憲2月才被《蘋果》刊出在國家門面松山機場霸坐行李車、抽雪茄、吐口水等實錄，昨又被直擊在禁菸的公園吞雲吐霧，還將菸屁股隨手丟在公園外馬路。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，吳宗憲昨休閒打扮，騎著白色腳踏車緩慢進入碧湖公園，騎到碧湖公園的閱覽室前方，便將腳踏車停置在一旁草皮上，整個人也站了進去，隨後抽起雪茄，大口、大口吐著濃煙，附加吐口水在草地上。抽完雪茄，吳宗憲牽起腳踏車騎進內湖豪宅「文心吟釀」。

吳宗憲表示：「我是去運動，順便在湖邊抽雪茄，在戶外抽不行嗎？那我要呼籲政府開放民眾在公園抽菸。」至於文心吟釀是否為新添購的豪宅？憲哥則否認是新宅邸，但自爆：「我已在敦化南路買新房子，估計半年後搬進去，現正裝潢中。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）

IMF警告 新興市場公司債不妙

（中央社台北9日電）彭博報導，國際貨幣基金（IMF）表示，多年來的低廉信貸已使新興市場公司和主權債膨脹，若全球利率進一步升高，資本外逃的風險跟著變大。

IMF資本市場部門主管維納爾斯（Jose Vinals）在講稿中指出，IMF雖預測美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）貨幣刺激將平穩退場，但「顛簸退場」還是有可能的。他指出，結果可能是利率升高比預期還快、信用利差擴大，以及金融動盪加劇。

維納爾斯在隨IMF「全球金融穩定報告」（GFSR）一併公布的說辭中提到：「經過長期資本內流、容易進入國際市場和低利率，新興市場特別容易受到外部金融環境緊縮的影響。」

先進經濟體多年來的低利率，已鼓勵國際投資人尋求成長迅速開發中國家的較高收益。IMF公布，截至2013年底，先進經濟體投資新興市場債券金額估達1.5兆美元。

新興市場公司債從2009年到2013年翻兩倍，中國大陸、匈牙利和馬來西亞等國債務水平都達到或超過國內生產毛額（GDP）100%。

前述債務大多都是欠外資。IMF指出，在印度與土耳其等國家，公司債中欠非稅務居民的比例現在已高於25%，使它們更容易受匯率波動影響。目前成長前景趨緩也對企業獲利及其償債能力施加壓力。

維納爾斯說：「利率攀升、盈餘變差和匯率貶值可能對新興市場企業資產負債表施予巨大壓力。」（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）1030409
