我屬於混和肌 目前只用過la mier海藻去角質膠 痾...... 用完的心得我只能說無感 每次搓都有無止盡的屑屑 不過因為不會過敏還是將就著用 身體的部分很早之前買過屈臣氏的品牌 忘記是哪瓶了.... 但是我印象很深刻是我抹在角質最厚的膝蓋竟然甚麼都搓不出來! 不知道各位版友有沒有推薦的產品 因為還是學生 所以預算在1000以內 > ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.231.122.47 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1397446788.A.D09.html

| 花錢買讚？挺方臉團：餵飽自己都有困難了

太陽花學運落幕後隔天(4月11日)，發生了民眾因不滿中正一分局驅離行動，透過網路號召網友包圍警局，要求方仰寧下台，全國關注。當晚臉書上熱傳一個「無限期支持方仰寧、支持警察」粉絲團，按讚人數幾天內迅速突破26萬，但卻被爆有大批「殭屍粉絲」、「俄國帳號軍團」、臉團成立的時間也遭到懷疑，引發網友激辯。
對於外界爆料疑似「買讚買分享」，該挺方粉絲團駁斥：「我們並沒有去買讚，管理員也都只是學生，想餵飽自己或許都有困難了，還用錢買什麼讚。」，隨後補充，若要花錢買行銷光就預算來說，可能要準備幾百萬，無論就人力、財力這些管理員都無力達成，也不可能用「機器人」操作數字。
對於有的媒體報導，挺方粉絲團衝破24萬，抽樣三成是「殭屍帳號」一文，該粉絲團表示，粉絲團本來就無法規範誰能按讚，自然也無法拒絕「殭屍」支持，但絕對沒有主動製造與購買粉絲，要求媒體查證屬實後再報導。至於外界關心挺方粉絲團會不會策劃活動挺警察，他們則表示目前暫無此打算，「讓警察好好休息吧！」。

你好。我的請況如下:
我的手機是M7，上週手機送修回來後也發生一樣問題的人。
昨天致電客服，在安全模式下，就很正常，所以客服說可能是某個app的影響。
但.....我還沒刪除任何app的情況下，已恢復了。
在排除這問題的期間，只有重開機和進入安全模式這二動作，
目前反覆測試十次，未再發生。

| 陸客商機 豪宅區店面高行情5成2

近年陸客帶來不少觀光商機，台灣房屋智庫調查陸客最常前往的「珠寶玉器類」與「名產特產類」台北市店面，從各店500公尺內店面交易行情與區域行情相比，發現有「陸客加持」的店面，身價平均高於區域行情18.2%，其中明水路豪宅區甚至店面行情價高於區域5成2。
台灣房屋智庫召集人葉立敏分析，有「大陸客」沒「過路客」的店面隱身在豪宅區，大幅拉高原本無店面效的成交行情，也算是另類的陸客商機。
看準陸客團進團出的集客力，周邊500公尺內店面一店難求，甚至在內科、大直明水路純住宅區一帶都有外商大坪數精品店進駐，如明水路的嘉隆國際精品周邊店面每坪均價189.4萬元，較中山區每坪125萬元高出52%，附近的文森保羅周邊成交均價每坪176.1萬元，較中山區多41.3%。（張菱育／台北報導）
