| 陳威仁表示房價高漲是必須面對的問題

對於高房價，內政部長陳威仁（右）上午表示，房價高漲是必須面對的問題，也非單一政策可以解決，他認為可採取稅制改革、縮短城鄉差距，並興建出租住宅等方向，來抑制房價。不過立委質疑政府才是炒房的元兇，因為政府低價徵收後變更使用分區，再高價賣給建商，從中牟利。

小弟1年半前自組電腦
CPU:
INTEL Core i5 3450 4C4T/3.1GHz(Turbo 3.5GHz)/L3快取6MB/HD2500
主機板:
H77M-D3H (mATX/4*RAM/2*PCIe x16/U3S6/HDMI+DVI+D-Sub/19pin)
顯示卡:
微星 R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC (1GB/核心1020MHz/記憶體4500MHz)
這兩個星期以來~
常會黑屏然後跳出訊息~顯示卡停止運轉...幾秒後又正常~
要不就是黑屏~出現沒有訊號輸入~NO SIGNL INPUT~然後重開機~
能否請教大大推薦相容主機板的顯示卡
小弟需求在於D3特效爽打

46歲CNN型男主播安德遜庫柏（Anderson Cooper）有顯赫家世，他90歲的媽媽葛洛莉亞范德比出身美國運輸大亨家族，身家2億美元（約60億元台幣），他卻一毛都不要，「我不信繼承遺產這一套，這是詛咒！」
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，庫柏母親除繼承家族財富，還是事業有成的牛仔褲設計師，坐擁60億元台幣財富。但他說：「我媽賺的錢比她繼承的還多，我們都勤奮工作。」他透露母親曾表明不幫他設信託基金，他認同說：「多少人在繼承大筆金錢後，真能有所成就？如果我小時候就知道有大筆財富等著我，我不確定我有動力。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
