瓊瑤15日在微博正式向廣電總局舉報大陸編劇、製作人于正抄襲其作品「梅花烙」，成為最近在大陸熱播的電視劇「宮鎖連城」，引起業內外一片熱議。4月28日，瓊瑤再次在微博發出媒體聲明函，公佈自己已經正式委託專業律師控告「宮鎖連城」侵權方，訴諸法律維護「梅花烙」的版權權益。

瓊瑤表示未來一切發言將交給律師處理，並提到：「最近一周來，不但侵權劇集的首播衛視沒有停止播出，網路與其他播出平臺又開始或計畫播出該劇，侵權對我造成的身心傷害進一步加劇，不知尊重原創、保護智慧財產權的公理正義何在？」

「燈光一打開，海底到處可見不同種類的珊瑚排卵或釋精，美得如同置身仙境！」台灣珊瑚礁學會理蔡永春說，台電核3廠出水口有上百種珊瑚，最近每晚仍可持續觀察到團塊微孔珊瑚、小葉細菊等20多種珊瑚排卵，但無法判斷盛況，還會持續多久。

墾管處保育研究課長馬協群說，每年「媽祖生」前後，會有較多數種類的珊瑚在墾丁海域展開釋精、排卵的繁殖行為，數以千萬計的精卵束，在海中漂盪的自然奇景，是潛水者嚮往目睹的特殊景象，但提醒潛水客夜潛觀賞珊瑚排卵時，應避免損及珊瑚礁生態環境。

墾管處4年前起，每逢農曆2月至4月間，就由墾管處員工、保育志工和在地潛水教練，選在核3廠出水口和眺石2處海域，針對珊瑚產卵現象長期監測記錄；目前已在出水口海域記錄逾30種，在眺石海域記錄到20多種，墾管處將持續監測到農曆4月中旬。

經常帳順差擴大 韓元升至高點

（中央社台北2014年4月29日電）彭博報導，韓元升值至2008年以來高點，主因南韓說，上個月經常帳順差擴大，且即將公布的數據預測將顯示，4月出口成長將加速。

南韓中央銀行今天報告說，作為貿易最廣泛衡量標準的經常帳順差，3月增加到73.5億美元，2月經修正後是45億美元。

另外據彭博訪查分析師的結果，本月出口較去年同期成長5.5%，3月是成長5.1%。官方的數據將於5月1日公布。臆測出口商將在南韓金融市場於5月1日、5日和6日放假前的本月底將海外獲利匯回也支持韓元升值。

彭博彙編的數據顯示，台北時間上午11時12分，韓元兌美元升值0.35%，報1031.68韓元。盤中曾觸及1030.70韓元，創至少2008年8月以來高點。一個月隱含波動率下滑8個基點或0.08個百分點，成為6.52%。

農協銀行（Nonghyup Bank）駐首爾貨幣交易人白鎮圭（ Baik Jin Kyu，音譯）說：「由於經常帳順差和出口商在月底出售美元，沒有理由押注美元會升值。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）

高鐵轉轍器異常 延誤逾30分

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2014年4月29日電）高鐵台北站今天上午發生轉轍器異常，台北至板橋間採單線雙向運轉。台灣高鐵估計，部分列車延誤至少超過30分鐘。

台灣高鐵說，台北站轉轍器是在上午9時24分，出現異常，已立即派人南下搶修，台北至板橋間，暫時維持單線雙向運轉。
