微軟史上最大平板！　微軟Surface3亮相

平板電腦掀起新戰火，微軟正式發表最新平板Surface3，放大到12吋的螢幕，不但號稱史上最大！觸控筆跟鍵盤也全面升級，價格799美元更比上一代打8折，鎖定對手就是蘋果iPad！只不過，還沒開賣就先遇到難題，中國大陸下令禁止採購Windows8的相關產品，也讓中美兩國之間角力，翻上檯面。

微軟產品總裁：「各位觀眾，這台平板電腦就是期待的Surface3。」單手把新品舉得高高，歡呼聲四起，微軟發表全新Surface Pro 3，還沒強調功能之前微軟就先火力全開，直接嗆聲蘋果。微軟產品總裁：「我放Surface3在這，另一邊放上Macbook，一看結果是顯而易見，不但比蘋果Macbook更輕，螢幕也從上一代10吋左右放大到12吋，號稱微軟史上最大的平板。」下方支架可以隨意調整，超薄鍵盤套也同樣大搞花樣，這次觸控筆更方便書寫，多了開關機、截圖功能，價格卻比上一代999美元一口氣下殺200美元。

微軟持續主打Win8介面，只不過新產品恐怕很難拿到中國大陸賣。大陸官方日前下令全面禁止採購Windows8的相關產品，也包含不准下載使用Windows8系統，原因卻是「不予置評」。網路安全問題，意外衍生成中美兩國角力戰，儘管中國大陸打算硬起來，但以目前大陸還有7成電腦使用微軟系統來看，恐怕短期間不容易。

血腥行凶前見友人 鄭：時間到了

犯下國內首宗捷運隨機殺人案的嫌犯鄭捷，「從小就有做一件大事」的犯案想法，甚至透過寫小說以及向友人透露「預告」，21日下午犯案前，還約了國中李姓同學見面聊網路遊戲「神魔之塔」攻略，並提到捷運殺人計畫，聊天最後表示「時間到了」，一場血腥凶案半小時後真實上演。

李姓學生昨天深夜由父母親陪同，向警方說明21日案發前半小時與鄭捷見面的經過。

就讀東海大學二年級的鄭捷21日沒有課，上午傳簡訊給李姓同學說要回台北，約李下午在板橋區文化路二段捷運江子翠站旁的麥當勞見面。

鄭從台中回台北後，沒有回家，直接到麥當勞，李從桃園縣龜山騎機車前去，下午將近3點，兩人見面。

李姓學生向警方表示，兩人聊天的話題圍繞網路遊戲「神魔之塔」的攻略，也提到他的捷運殺人計畫。

他說，從國中同窗，就聽鄭捷提起這個想法，最近半年來在網路遊戲聊天時，提到的次數較為頻繁。

「是下手的時候了，」鄭捷當天聊天時，明白告訴李姓同學，要付諸行動。但李以為鄭捷仍如以前這麼多年來說說而已，沒有想到半小時後真實發生。

臉書嗆聲 凌晨1男遭傳喚

東海大學學生鄭捷在新北捷運持刀殺人，造成四人死亡。陸續在網路上出現效應，苗栗縣公館鄉22歲林姓男子在臉書留言，內容類似「北捷交給鄭捷，苗栗留給我」，苗栗縣警局刑警大隊發現後，今天上午將他帶回說明。警方表示，這名年輕男子是社會人士，警方將了解他留言的動機，是否觸法或是有不法意圖。

昨天晚間，台中市后里區在某科技大廠擔任保全的謝姓男子(24歲)，在臉書留言「鄭捷現在是我的偶像，我也要開始計畫殺死外勞了，地點就在外勞的集散地台中第一廣場，決定準備汽油彈，誰有更好的意見呢？」

台中市第一分局今天凌晨傳喚謝男到案說明，但未在屋內發現汽油彈或任何犯案工具。警方表示，謝男供稱，因他被外勞偷過兩輛單車，很討厭外勞，看到鄭捷在捷運殺人，就將他當偶像。訊後被依恐嚇公共、預備殺人等罪嫌送辦。

A-Lin連續４年奪KKBOX「十大風雲歌手」，KKBOX看準她的人氣，23日於台北Neo Studio舉辦「Lin距離KKBOX Live音樂現場」，２日開賣１小時就秒殺1200張門票，吸金400萬，但現場僅能容納600人，消防局昨開唱前接獲通報趕往安檢，數百位粉絲被擋在門外淋雨，險些暴動。

A-Lin昨與KKBOX合作無酬演出，卻延遲30分鐘才開場，她所屬的Sony表示：「會把所有歌唱完，不讓歌迷權益受損。」被擋在門外的粉絲立刻在PTT爆料，指已聽到歌聲，為何還沒開場？KKBOX的工作人員搪塞因彩排而延遲，後來才坦承疏失：「一開始不知道Neo Studio有人數限制，本來容納600人，賣了1000多張，對買票卻無法進場的歌迷感到抱歉，我們會辦理退票處理。」

她昨得知有粉絲無法進場，在台上說：「他們進不來，那待會我出去唱給他們聽。」並且接受粉絲點歌。台灣、香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、日本、泰國６國昨同步直播。

為鼓勵孩子愛上閱讀，快樂成長，台灣麥當勞啟動2014年「鼓勵閱讀激發想像力」計畫，上午在中正紀念堂開啟「HAPPY行動故事屋」，邀請考試院長關中的夫人張惠君女士（中穿紅衣者）化身為說故事奶奶，陪同小孫女Amber（中）和其他小朋友一起說故事、聽故事，共同體驗閱讀的樂趣。

現任欣欣百貨總經理的關中夫人張惠君今天早上帶著小孫女Amber參加麥當勞童書活動，針對大學生鄭捷在捷運殺人，對父母造成傷害，她說，一但子女發生事故，外界就開始指責父母，但是，她認為，父母並不是神，整個社會都應該負起教育的責任。

張惠君強調，這不是指父母什麼都不用負責，而是父母實在無法什麼都管到好。

她說，相較於過去只有書的時代，現代孩子人手一機，父母不易管控孩子在看些什麼。

張惠君說，當孩子發生事故時，社會各界就會開始指責父母，「包括我自己也曾被指責」，在經歷喪女之痛後她反省，或許是「過去我都只教她追求幸福，但從未教她如何面對不幸。」

張惠君過去是國中老師，她說，從小我就教孩子認識世界，學習國際觀、外語，追求成就與幸福，但是，卻從未告訴她當不幸來臨時，該怎麼面對。

張惠君今天帶著現在三歲七個月的小孫女Amber出席麥當勞童書活動，為兒童說故事。

Amber比同年齡的孩子長得更高，修長的身形，淨白的小臉，骨碌碌的雙眼，跟媽媽關雲娣十分相似。

「現在每天晚上吃完飯後，就會為她朗讀童書，或者教她學習英文字母，平時就請保姆跟Amber講台語。」張惠君看著孫女一副有孫女萬事足的樣子，在關中退休後，兩老還約定好，要開始當兒童志工。
