在板上獲得一些台塑筆試和面試的心得,因此也把這次的心得分享給有需要的人 我是應屆畢業生,無工作經驗,投遞的是企管人員 在5/10進行筆試,大概男女生各6位,筆試內容分為英文、中文和性向測驗 1.英文分為兩題,第一題中翻英大概就是板上之前有人分享的勤儉樸實的那題 第二題是英文敘述咖啡需求逐年成長,可樂需求逐年下降 所以需要分析為什麼從可樂轉為咖啡的投資,這題是用中文回答 2.中文也分為兩題,第一題也是之前板上有說的主管第一次叫你從嚴處置 第二次你從嚴處置後反而被主管罵,該如何是好的那題 第二題則是有位員工表現不錯,剛好有人離職,總經理想提拔那位員工 可是員工卻覺得安於現狀不適任,你有什麼建議給總經理,為什麼? 選項一,從外部找人 選項二,不顧員工的想法,直接拔擢他 選項三,請他暫代職務,直到找到適合的人選 3.性向測驗的話就是很主觀,感覺就是要表現出積極有自信的選項 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 大概5/14接到5/23的面試通知,因為和另一個職缺的面試人員一起報到 所以不知道確切進入面試的人數 面試前的報到就要寫些資料,像是為什麼應徵台塑企業、你想幾年內晉升中階主管 最喜歡和最討厭怎樣的主管、怎麼紓解壓力、對使用信用卡的態度如何等等的問題 在等待的時候也就像板上說的看了無數次的台塑介紹影片.... 也有說明薪資福利,碩士的本薪和加給好像有47k、年薪大概760k,學士45k、年薪大概720k 觀察了前面兩位面試者的面試時間大概10~15分鐘,之後幾位的話大概25分鐘 接下來就要講面試的經過 進去小房間後有三位面試官,中間的面試官就請我用三分鐘自我介紹,最後在講個性優缺點 當我在自我介紹的時候面試官們都很忙碌,不是低頭做筆記就是看電腦裡面的資料 但我實在太緊張了最後有點卡詞,在卡詞的時候面試官就看了我一下.... 自我介紹完以後就根據我的自我介紹問了些問題 之後又問了最挫折的事情是什麼,我講了以後中間主要的面試官就說我很幸福 可能覺得這不太算是挫折...讓我有點小尷尬,就笑了笑 接著五管中最喜歡哪管?以及問我知不知道這個職位在做什麼,我就說是做社會公益的 然後又問了如果給我一千萬我會做什麼和平常的運動 以上這些都是中間的主要面試官問的問題 另外一位面試官主要問英文的部分,叫我念了段文章和翻譯 又問英文問了我如何處理壓力 最後進行到比較輕鬆的問答,問了我父母親的職業、弟弟的學校、以及朋友們怎麼形容我 以上就是大概昨天的面試內容!! 整體來說,面試內容還算輕鬆,但畢竟面試是很主觀的印象 所以我也不知道表現得好不好 希望能分享給之後要去面試的板友,減少緊張感~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.187.102.57 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400946091.A.805.html ※ 編輯: tsai0312 (218.187.102.57), 05/24/2014 23:59:44

驚！男持鋸闖入 女團員受傷

AKB48招新血　37歲辣媽入選掀話題（圖片擷取自網路）
根據日本媒體報導，女子團體AKB48，今天下午台北時間4點左右，在岩手縣舉辦握手會，場內突然闖進一名男子，拿鋸子揮砍，造成總共3人受傷，其中一名是19歲的團員川榮李奈。

根據日本媒體最新報導，握手會是從台北時間12點開始，嫌犯大約在下午4點闖入，根據警方透露，傷人的男子是24歲青森縣人，目前失業中，犯案後立刻遭到警方逮捕。

傷人的凶器疑似是一把鋸子，而握手會現場並沒有檢查粉絲隨身物品，只有工作人員站在團員身旁，而目前確定有3人受傷，分別是19歲團員川榮李奈、18歲團員入山杏奈，與1名男性工作人員，所幸3人生命都沒有大礙。另外傳出川榮李奈有流血情況，但不確定是否被砍傷，這場握手會參加成員還包括了，渡邊麻友、柏木由紀、高橋南等團員。

美國有意阻中國大陸人士參加駭客大會

路透／24日電

美國正加強遏制中國大陸網路間諜活動，考慮利用簽證限制，不讓中國大陸駭客參加在拉斯維加斯舉行的國際駭客和黑帽(駭客)大會。

華府高級官員24日說，美國政府能夠利用簽證限制和其他措施，不讓中國大陸駭客參加8月間舉行的這兩項駭客界年度盛會，以在正式起訴五名中國大陸軍官非法駭入美國企業竊取商業機密後，繼續向中國大陸施壓。

駭客大會主辦單位表示他們對華府的意向毫無所知，不過他們認為限制中國大陸駭客與會是餿主意。

黑帽網站 (Black Hat)列有一些似乎是中國人的講員，包括中國大陸一家安全軟體公司人員，將講解改變字體大小功能存在的弱點，香港中文大學兩名研究員也將說明駭進社群網站的新方法。

駭客大會 (DEF CON)今年的講員沒有任何中國人，可是要阻止他們與會很難，因為大會主辦單位非常注重隱私，對報名參加只收取現金，也不要求出示身分證件，連進場分發的名牌上都不填姓名。

刷機資料還原後，密碼輸入問題

Q10刷機後用BB Link資料還原。但是因為有數個email帳號，每次還原後都需要重新輸入全部密碼。輸入密碼個過程都很久很痛苦。
不知有無方法可以在還原後不用再次輸入密碼？

順便在問一下
Q10能同時鈴響和震動嘛？

吳伯雄：不忍再看內部對立

民進黨前主席施明德、國安會前秘書長蘇起昨天拜會國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄，說明想提出兩岸新論述的理念與想法。吳伯雄會後表示，大家交換意見是好事，「不忍心再看到台灣內部對立了！」

吳伯雄說，過去的兩岸論述，持不同意見者會互扣帽子，根本沒有理性對話空間，他不忍心看到自家人彼此對立，台灣內部需要共識，大家能交換意見，這是好事，他對施、蘇兩人善意討論的誠意，抱持正面態度。

施明德昨也親送邀請函，希望吳伯雄能參與下周二記者會。但吳伯雄說，「我還要請教看看相關人士適不適合出席」，並未當場回覆。據了解，考試院長關中也收到邀請函，但關中將不出席記者會。

據了解，行政院前院長郝柏村在兩、三個月前就接獲邀請，最後因為對某些事情的看法不盡相同，決定不參加，但他認為，藍綠人士願意正視兩岸問題，設法尋求有可行性的方案，應予以讚許。

施明德與蘇起等人下周二提出兩岸新論述，是馬總統就職六周年後、民進黨前主席蔡英文即將「回鍋」的時間點。不過參與兩岸新主張討論的淡江大陸所所長張五岳說，選此時「沒有任何政治考量」。

張五岳表示，在長達半年的討論過程中，並沒有幫哪一個政黨，或哪位政治天王考量。此時提出是因為之前有學運、核四等議題，希望等大家都心平氣和冷靜討論。

外傳蔡英文陣營事前知悉，不過蔡辦發言人洪耀福指出，他們並未被告知，也不清楚施明德、蘇起兩岸主張的內容。
