外資愛台股，數字會說話。中央銀行昨（5）日公布5月外匯存底，與外資有關的三項數據，均創歷史新高，顯示外資對台股興趣濃厚，有助加添台股多頭動能。

央行統計顯示，5月底我國外匯存底為4,216,51億美元，連六個月締造歷史新高紀錄，較4月底小增1.56億美元。

此外，5月底外資持有國內股票及債券，按市價計算，連同新台幣存款餘額，共計2,853億美元（約新台幣8.6兆元），占外匯存底的68%。亦即外資持有的新台幣資產金額與比重，皆為央行統計以來最高紀錄，顯示外資對台股相當捧場。

金管會統計，外資5月淨匯入30.81億美元；央行官員指出，最近匯入的外資，都有投入股市。意即，暫時還沒有熱錢炒匯的疑慮。台股指數上漲，也會使外資持有的有價證券身價水漲船高。

不過，相較於外資淨匯入逾30億美元，5 月外匯存底僅小增1.56億美元。央行官員解釋，主要是外匯存底投資運用收益，被歐元等貨幣貶值抵銷。據統計，歐元5月對美元貶值1.43%，英鎊貶0.34%。

央行官員坦言，最近外資很看好台股，匯入資金都有按照規定進場買股票，台股市值也不斷上漲。

夏天逼近，許多美眉開始減肥大計，1名外國胖妹Clover Hen花1年時間甩肉60公斤，從約120公斤減到約60公斤，相當於減掉1個成年女性的重量，如今胖妹變正妹。她將減肥過程照片PO在網站imgur上，網路上瘋傳。

Clover Hen表示，她雖然沒有刻意運動，僅每天遛狗1小時，不過靠著改掉不良飲食習慣輕鬆甩肉，戒除了碳水化合物，包括餅乾、蛋糕、含糖飲料等。網友感嘆說：「果然胖從口入。」
