扯！臉書上驚見獵鳥影片！《蘋果》接獲民眾投訴，表示臉書上有1名男子，在臉書上PO上恐怖的獵鳥影片，影片中1名男子疑似手拿狙擊BB槍，瞄準停在電線桿上的2隻小鳥開槍，造成1隻小鳥驚嚇逃離，另外1隻則遭集中掉落地面，其他同行友人還將小鳥拿起觀看炫耀，令網友看了相當憤怒。
 
有1群喜愛生存遊戲的網友指出，「這個行為嚴重影響到我們的名譽」，更強調這是PO文者他的個人行為。更有網友痛批，實在是太殘忍了。據了解，該名男子除了在臉書上PO上打鳥影片外，更註明「怎麼那麼準」，行徑相當殘忍。（邱中岳／新北報導）

新聞出處:衝行動寬頻 政院立下「軍令狀」

行政院政務委員蔣丙煌本周五（20日）將首度召開「加速行動寬頻發展指導小組」會議，
邀跨部會立下「軍令狀」，據了解，將擬定三大目標，
包括：三年內讓4G在台開花結果、防堵營運商轉嫁不合理成本給消費者，以及加速5G布局。

江揆先前指定蔣丙煌出任政院「加速行動寬頻發展指導小組」召集人，
近日將再敲定政委蔡玉玲、科技部長張善政擔任協同召集人。
政院罕見指定三政府高層領軍行動寬頻小組，主要著眼於南韓、大陸加速布局5G，
而我4G推動才剛步入商業化階段，有必要加速快跑。

蔣丙煌昨（15）日表示，周五開會，將把政院期盼目標與各部會KPI（關鍵績效指標）講得更清楚，
讓跨部會推動4G時，能儘快浮現成效，避免浪費納稅人的錢。

政院先前核定三年150億元「加速行動寬頻服務及產業發展方案」，
蔣丙煌負責督導的科技會報本周將完成政策審查，分配12提案機關預算餅塊。
據了解，經濟部是此波預算分配大贏家，包括智慧城市、4G行動商務等計畫，占了近三分之二預算。
不過，科技會報將祭出每季滾動檢討、做不好就砍預算或讓計畫「下車」，
讓經濟部等多部會直呼「壓力很大」。

科技會報執行秘書鐘嘉德表示，三年150億元預算，是由業者標金匡列而出，外界關注甚多。
預期未來一、兩年，在六大營運商相互競逐下，國內4G基礎建設布建、覆蓋率將大為提升，
政府拿到高額標金，自然也應協助熟成4G環境，避免營運商轉嫁成本給消費者。

他說，目前全世界已有兩、三百個網路LTE商轉，台灣要趕快利用這兩、三年的時間，
完成商轉、讓更多3G用戶可轉換到4G。
此外，最近國際間盛傳，5G標準可能提前到2016、2017年制定，
台灣做了4G，還必須朝B4G（beyond 4G，超越4G）走向5G，「時程上非常、非常地趕」。

國際間多預期2025年時5G可步入商轉，根據過往經驗，商轉前十年多是技術標準制定的黃金時期。

車子是bluebird（五年家用車，平時沒什麼問題，上下班及出遊使用，有車庫） 每天早上跟中午大約都各會持續開一小時 週末會開半小時出門+半小時回家 每天也有短程路程（開5分鐘後熄火） 電瓶去年7月初換全新GS的 上週發動時就覺得好像聲音多了一兩次 昨天發動覺得又多了一次的聲音（好像打到第三次才發動） 今天早上要出門突然就發不動了 囧 真是上班者的惡夢... 昨天還有開一小時左右（半小時+半小時） 我對車子不太懂，想請教各位： 1.是這個電瓶本身就不好，還是有什麼問題導致一年內就壞了呢 2.等一下會叫救援，發動起來是直接去換電瓶比較好 還是有可能開一開就好了？（似乎不太可能....） 3.湯淺的電池會比GS好嗎，需要回去跟去年換電瓶的保養廠問嗎 最近從原廠換到民間保養廠有點不太習慣 原廠保養會全部稍微看一下、測一下電瓶 民間的我去小保養就只有換機油+輪胎打氣，其他什麼都沒做 這樣是正常的嗎 我上週五才保養說....唉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.40.124.93 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1402876111.A.5C7.html
