劉姓男子去年4月透過手機交友軟體line， 搭訕「辣妹」相約看夜景，最後到旅館開房間，劉男摸到對方的平胸，問對方性別才驚覺是男人，劉男尖叫逃離旅館，事後遭告性侵。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，「辣妹」留有齊眉劉海的黑色長髮，又穿著撩人短裙、絲襪赴約，2人看夜景，又去KTV續攤暢飲，辣妹一路上不講話，2人在旅館發生性行為時，劉男發現對方是平胸，驚問是不是男生，「辣妹」反問「我有跟你說過我是女的嗎？」嚇得劉男逃離旅館。「辣妹」認為受辱，報警怒告劉性侵。

桃園地方法院認為，被害人還比劉男高大，疑遭性侵過程卻不曾逃離呼救；再者，沒有證據顯示劉為同性戀或雙性戀者，男性身體應無法燃起劉的性慾，判劉無罪。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

高雄市苓雅區民權一路民宅上午11時竄出大量濃煙伴隨火舌，民眾通報警消，所幸及時撲滅，並無人員傷亡。

台灣《蘋果日報》網站今持續遭到網路駭客攻擊，上午一度當機，目前網站仍有不穩定的現象。《蘋果》網站不僅遭到分散式阻斷服務（Distributed Denial of Service, DDoS）攻擊，昨連網站內部交換器的密碼也遭更改，導致網站有時連線不順，出現忽快忽慢不穩定的異常狀況。
                                                                                                                  
《蘋果》上午表示，目前對入侵情況還在追查，對於一再出現的攻擊，原因複雜，集團還在清查是外在攻擊導致或因遭植入取得某些權限造成，但已持續搶修中。
《蘋果》表示，讀者如果發現網站及APP網頁無法開啟時，建議隔一段時間再試，或者瀏覽臉書《蘋果》即時新聞粉絲團，重要新聞都會即時張貼。（生活中心／台北報導）

貴金屬盤後─5月經濟成長加速 黃金收高1.80美元

黃金期貨周一走高，上周大漲3.3%後，今日小幅擴大漲幅。

紐約8月黃金上漲1.80美元，或0.1%，收於每盎司1318.40美元。

美國今日公布多項經濟數據，高於預期，帶來利多。芝加哥Fed銀行今日公布，5月全國活動指數顯示經濟活動加速。Markit公司公布，6月採購經理指數上升至57.5，5月為56.4。5月成屋銷售上升4.9%至年率489萬棟，高於預期。

在中國，HSBC公布製造業指數意外強勁。

投資人亦注意伊拉克戰爭。周一，國務卿凱瑞與伊拉克總理與其他政治與宗教領袖會面，有意組成團結陣線，對抗伊斯蘭叛軍。

上周，黃金期貨突破1300美元，伊拉克動亂加劇，引發了避險需求。

但分析師說，1300美元之上的漲勢，可能無法持續。目前黃金的現貨需求遲緩，ETF基金的需求亦持續下降。

上周，黃金與白銀多頭表現良好，他們仍有部份技術性動能。

其他金屬走勢錯綜。7月白銀下跌3美分，或0.2%，收於每盎司20.92美元。

7月白金下跌70美分，或0.1%，收於每盎司1456.60美元。9月鈀金上漲45美分，或0.1%，收於每盎司822.65美元。

7月銅上漲3美分，或0.9%，收於每磅3.15美元。

高市1名劉姓男子（43歲）缺錢花用，竟將腦筋動到同住的胞弟頭上，偷了胞弟信用卡，2天狂刷10筆，當工程師的弟弟接獲銀行通知，才知遭竊，警方調閱刷卡加油站的監視影像揪人，今依竊盜、偽造文書及詐欺罪嫌送辦。
 
劉男說，3年前在越南工作，因打瞌睡，弄壞機器，簽了12萬元本票才回國，一直積欠到現在，多次向家人求助，但未獲協助，後來網路有人願意刷卡換現金，要他先去大賣場刷卡買儲值，再以9折收購。
 
劉被慫恿，決定偷弟弟信用卡，4月5日，他潛入弟弟四樓房間，還故佈疑陣，打破門窗玻璃、假造竊賊入侵假象，偷走弟弟桌上信用卡，其中盜刷的錢，有7萬元匯到越南。
 
警方發現，劉除了到賣場刷卡，還去加油站與小北百貨賣場買東西，遭竊劉男事後看到行竊竟是親哥哥，當下難過到不行，雖不願追究，但警方還是依法送辦。（湯寶隆／高雄報導）
