經貿國是會議南區會議昨天在中油高雄廠開幕，討論台灣面對全球化區域經貿整合趨勢以及兩岸經貿發展等議題，由經濟部長張家祝、成功大學校長黃煌煇、中山大學校長楊弘敦擔任共同主持人。140名出席代表含括業界、學界、學生、公民團體與智庫等。

張家祝強調，區域經濟整合是全球趨勢，台灣不能被邊緣化，尤其兩岸經貿以及幾個大型經濟整合，更攸關台灣未來發展。面臨兩岸及國際經貿議題，國是會議希望尋求台灣最大的利益，提升台灣競爭力與產業供應優勢。

高師大副校長吳連賞表示，失業率居高不下，但走訪楠梓加工出口區，竟然有廿餘家廠商都缺工，藍領缺工率高是產業發展一大阻礙，台灣經貿自由化的表現也遠遜於其他亞洲國家。

中鋼總經理宋志育指出，今年公共建設支出下滑，建議政府應擴大公共建設占比至總歲出的15%，才能有效帶動經濟發展。

台灣經濟研究院副院長龔明鑫副院長及中華經濟研究院王健全副院長兩位引言人，分別就「全球化趨勢下臺灣經濟發展策略」及「臺灣加入區域經貿整合與兩岸經貿策略」兩大主軸議題進行簡報。

有關全球化浪潮下青年族群發展，與會代表建議政府加強青年族群技術培訓、給予就業機會及提升薪資水準，對有意創業的青年給予培訓及資金等實質幫助，協助青年族群掌握全球化的發展新商機。

「經貿國是會議」南區會議 昨天在高雄登場，原受邀與會的地球公民基金會等團體，認為這場國是會議的目的，只是要他們「背書」，因此聚集在會場外懸標語、呼口號，表達不滿，拒絕進場參加會議。

資料顯示，HTC One（M8）與 One（M7）會在 2014 年 7 月至 8 月間升級 Android 4.4.4 KitKat 作業系統，至於 One Dual SIM（M8 Dual）、One mini 2 與 One E8（M8 Ace）則會在 8 月至 9 月間升級。

另一方面，包括 HTC One Dual SIM（M7C）、One max（T6）、One mini（M4）、Butterfly s（DLXP）、Desire 816（A5）與 Desire 610（A3），將不會取得 Android 4.4.4 KitKat 更新。
