餐廳名稱：新竹竹北--格正燒臘自助餐 消費時間：2013年/7月 地址：新竹縣竹北市文興路一段106號 電話：(03) 668-3069 每人平均價位：100以內 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 網路圖文部落格版： http://g8906011.pixnet.net/blog/post/380018708 會發現這一家其實還滿意外的，有一天從高鐵回家的時候， 特別經過文興路，意外發現在一家店外頭大排長龍， 以我們的習慣，看到一堆人排隊那必然是有美食存在， 於是就立即找地方停車，也跟著去排隊吃美食， 原來這家就是傳說中的超人氣港式燒臘店「格正燒臘自助餐」， 聽說在勝利二路那邊還有一家「篁城燒臘」，好像是格正的姊妹店， 有機會再去那家吃看看，看看是不是一樣的超人氣。 ▼ 這家店排隊的人潮真的很誇張，用餐時間來的時候就是這個樣子， 排隊的人都從店內排到外面的騎樓來了， 而且這個人潮是一直沒有斷過的，生意實在是好到不可思議。 ▼ 抬面上頭掛著烤鴨與油雞，師傅剁肉的手一直沒有停過， 不斷的剁剁剁，也可以印證生意真的是相當好， 我們來的時候已經快八點了，還是一樣整間滿滿的都是客人。 ▼ 掛在架上的烤鴨看起來真的好好吃，油油亮亮的， 外皮烤得相當入味，鴨肉也不會太硬不好咬， 烤鴨的技術還不錯，難怪會有這麼多客人來用餐。 ▼ 抬面上還有燒肉、香腸、油雞腿、叉燒等港式料理常見的食材， 但是看起來剩下的不多，應該是前面的客人都點光了， 太晚來了果然會容易吃不到東西的。 ▼ 配菜有六、七種可以選擇，一般的便當是三樣配菜， 這天我們因為有點了一份五福燒臘飯，所以可以選到四樣配菜， 由於我們來得太晚，好幾樣菜都已經沒有了， 因為不想等裡面的廚房炒新菜出來，就挑了抬面上現有的菜色了。 ▼ 五福燒臘飯，除了有四樣配菜可以選擇之外，還有五種肉類， 其實也可以叫做五寶飯，也就是比三寶多二寶的意思， 這五樣主菜有燒肉、香腸、烤鴨、油雞與叉燒， 東西還滿多了，雖然要價不斐，但是真的可以吃得很過癮， 也可以將店內的所有主菜一網打盡。 ▼ 燒肉烤鴨飯，愛吃燒肉與烤鴨的人可以點這一樣， 本來是要點鴨腿的，這天因為太晚來，鴨腿已經都賣光了， 最後只好選了這個燒肉烤鴨飯，這家的燒肉真的很好吃， 外皮相當的酥脆，難怪這麼多人推薦這一味。 ▼ 店內用餐有提供免費的湯可以喝，這天的是紫菜蛋花湯， 不確定這個湯是不是會常常換， 因為我們也只有吃過這一次而已， 畢竟店面離我們家實在是有點遠。 用餐資訊： 地址：新竹縣竹北市文興路一段106號 電話：(03) 668-3069 -- 要如何成為一個好的Project Manager？ 除了要先天的天份、後天的努力與豐富的學識之外 還需要加上完美的運氣 在這當中最重要的就是完美的運氣======== 個人網誌：http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/g8906011/ ======== -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.233.43 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1405984332.A.89C.html

法國最大的世界音樂發行公司今天推出台灣二胡音樂家羅堂軒的現場演奏錄音作品，並讚譽他的演奏技巧毫不刻意，既能古典，也能與其他樂器跨界融合。

羅堂軒今年3月在巴黎居美東方博物館（Musee Guimet）售票演出，法國世界音樂唱片公司「BudaMusic」現場收錄，發行「台灣二胡」（Taiwan Erhu）專輯，今天起在官方網站（www.budamusic.com）和iTunes販售，歐洲、美洲及日本也有發行實體CD。

Buda Music是法國第4大唱片公司，也是最大的傳統音樂和世界音樂發行公司。

唱片公司介紹，二胡既有豐富文化又有地方創意，是很具遠東地區代表性的千年歷史樂器；而羅堂軒以二胡悠游在傳統、現代和不同類型音樂中，能演奏古典曲目「賽馬」，也能表現以吉普賽爵士為靈感的樂曲，或融入爵士和Bossa Nova風格。

專輯中除收錄漢宮秋月、二泉映月等傳統曲目，也有羅堂軒與法籍手風琴家畢納德（Lionel Pinard）、大提琴家文森（Hugues Vincent）、揚琴演奏家盧念慈、笙演奏家吳志峰等人的跨界合作。

這張唱片由「台灣音符協會」（Taiwan Note）負責人阿里薩德（Ali Alizadeh）策劃發行。他過去曾發行十鼓擊樂團、台灣原民聲樂選粹和台灣爵士樂專輯。

阿里薩德特別把這張專輯獻給即將任滿調回台灣的駐法國代表處新聞組長劉代光，對劉代光多年來在法國推廣台灣音樂的努力表達敬意。
