| 拔牙未發現罹癌 告醫生敗訴

李姓男子到1家牙醫診所拔牙，事後傷口一直無法癒合，拖了5個月轉到大醫院檢查證實罹患齒齦癌，他認為牙醫未盡醫療義務，興訟求償80萬元。彰化地方法院查出牙醫曾多次建議他轉診檢查，是他不當一回事，昨天判決他敗訴，駁回他的求償。
彰化市的李姓男子2011年5月間有顆牙齒搖動厲害，他到彰化市牙醫診所就醫，拔完牙後，傷口到8月底傷口仍未痊癒，拖到10月下旬他到台中市醫院檢查，才知罹患齒齦癌。
李男的女兒作證說，她曾陪父親回診，還當場詢問傷口無法癒合是不是有不好的細胞，她曾看過電視報導有1名小朋友拔牙，後來發現是口腔癌，醫師還回答說不可能，聲稱傷口在癒合中。
牙醫反駁說，他曾在4次回診時，建議李男要到醫院作進一步檢查，但李男都拒絕。診所人員都作證牙醫確實建議轉診，合議庭法官也查出，李男控告牙醫師涉嫌業務過失傷害，彰化地檢署已查明並作成不起訴，李男不服，聲請再議，仍是不起訴處分，認定牙醫師無過失。

標題[問題] win7跟win8.1無法播放網上的認證碼

各位好 在同一個網頁 就是臺鐵的訂票系統 要輸入認證碼時點了語音播放的按鈕 在我的win7/win8.1都完全沒反應 ie板本11 但xp就可以正常播放 不過一般網上的影音都能播放 例如youtube 三臺都有裝 adobe flash player 也有 windows media player 我在想 是不是ie要開啟或安裝什麼附加元件才可以使用此功能 而我在這兩臺電腦遺漏了？ 不過在高鐵網路訂票系統的認證碼語音播放就都可以使用 還是臺鐵本身網頁沒設計好？ 有朋友可以幫忙點點看嗎？ 最可能是什麼問題？ 感謝各位的協助 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.191.4 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1406676732.A.26F.html
